USAGE/用途
Tile Adhesive (General Setting) is a polymerized thin bed tile adhesive for interior wall and floor tile fixing. Ideal for fixing ceramic or mosaic tiles onto concrete,block work and rendered surfaces.Tiling for tile size not greater than 300 mm x 300 mm.
瓷砖胶(通用型)是一种聚合物改性水泥基瓷砖粘合剂，用作铺贴室内外墙壁和地面瓷砖工程。适用于铺贴於混凝土，砌塊墙壁，已批荡强或墙壁。适用尺寸少于300mmx300mm的瓷砖粘贴。

MIXING/混合比例
20kg/bag powder mix with approximately 4.8kg of clean water. Using an electric mixer to mix the product until a homogenous mixture is achieved.Stir the mixture thoroughly for 5-7 minutes to obtain a creamy paste without lumps.The mixture is ready to use after stand for 10 minutes and mix again for 30 seconds before using.
将瓷砖胶（通用型）20公斤/袋粉料与约4.8公斤的清水混合。使用电动搅拌器5-7分钟直至完全地混合。搅拌后静置10分钟然后再搅拌30秒后便可使用。


PRECAUTION
This product contains Portland cement.Avoid eye contact or prolonged contact with skin.Wash thoroughly after handling.If eye contact occurs,flush with plenty of watwer and consult a physician.Do not breathedust;wear a NIOSH approved  respirator.Keep out ofreach of children。


APPLICATION/使用方法
Spread American Tile Adhesive(High Adhesion) by using a notched trowel on the substrate with minimum 2.5-4.5mm thick percoat. Place and press the tiles firmly onto the adhesive bed and ensure good contact.An additional layer of adhesive on the back of the tiles is recommended for tile with deep grooves or ridges.When the surface of tile adhesive is dried,do not use water to wet the surface.It will form a very weak and non-adhesive layer.It is recommended to use US Miracle Tile Grout for grouting 24 hours after tiling.
用锯齿鏝刀将粘接剂抹在基材上，使之均匀分布。每次涂抹厚度约2.5-4.5mm，然后将瓷砖揉涂於施工面上即可。建议每次进行常规检查以免空鼓，瓷砖的整个背面应与粘合剂层贴满。当瓷砖粘合剂表面干燥时，请勿用水淋湿其表面，以免降低或丧失其粘接力。瓷砖在铺贴24小时后可用鹰牌彩色防霉填缝剂进行填缝。


SURFACE  PREPARTION/表面处理
1、The substrate must be stable and cleaned from any kind of remnants,loose particles,dust ,grease,etc.
2、New concrete or rendered surfaces should be allowed to cure for minimum of 4 weeks or until shrinkage movement has taken place brfore laying tiles.
3、Tile adhesive(High Adhesion) can be applied at least 7 days after the application of render.
4、Before application,dampen the surface with clean water and allow excess water to drain away.
1、基材表面应平整、干燥清洁、无油脂、无浮灰、污物及其它松散物。
2、新的混凝土或砌塊墙壁在铺贴瓷砖前最少养护四星期或等待收缩完成为止。
3、强力瓷砖胶施工至少在墙面抹灰7天后进行。
4、施工前，用清水预湿基材表面且确保无明水。

12 mouths if store in dry place.
存放于阴凉干燥处，未启封产品可保存12个月。
