美国鹰牌（外墙柔性耐水腻子）是一种高品质聚合物改良水泥基外墙柔性光明腻子，可使用机械喷涂或手工批荡。主要用于找平批灰的表面，混凝土，预制件墙面，天花和砌块墙壁的内外墙表面批荡。适合室外乳胶漆前之整平处理。

SURFACE  PREPARTION/表面处理
The substrate must be stable and cleaned from any kind of remnants,loose particles,dust ,grease,etc.Substrate is highly recommenged to be moistened with potable water overnight or before application if the weather and/or surface are under a very dry congition.
基材表面应平整、干燥清洁、无油脂、无浮灰、污物及其它松散物。墙壁表面可用水充分预湿，待表面晾干无明水后可开始批荡。

CURING/养护
Product has excellent water retention properties,water curing is normally unnecessary.Self curing of the applied plaster is considered adequate.Water curing is only required under extremely hot or dry condition.
美国鹰牌（外墙柔性耐水腻子）保水性能良好，一般情况下无需浇水养护。施工完毕的批料靠自然养护即可，除非在特别炎热或出现快速干燥的情况下才需浇水养护。

PRECAUTION
This product contains Portland cement.Avoid eye contact or prolonged contact with skin.Wash thoroughly after handling.If eye contact occurs,flush with plenty of watwer and consult a physician.Do not breathedust;wear a NIOSH approved  respirator.Keep out ofreach of children。

MIXING/混合比例
25kg/bag powder mix with approximately 9.5-10kg of clean water. Using an electric mixer to mix the product until a homogenous mixture is achieved.Stir the mixture thoroughly for 5-7 minutes to obtain a creamy paste without lumps.
将美国鹰牌（外墙柔性耐水腻子）25公斤/袋粉料与约9.5-10公斤的清水混合。
使用电动搅拌器搅拌5-7分钟直至完全地混合。

APPLICATION/使用方法
Apply the plaster by hand or spraying machine to required thickness in layer(s) American Plaster (Exterior) of 0.5-1mm thick can be applied in one coat.Apply 2 coats of American Plaster (Exterior) with putty knife or towel.When first coat is completely dry then apply a second coat after 2 hours. it is recommended to polish the surface with sand paper within 24-48 hours.Wait for 3-4 days to reduce the alkalinity then can be coated with any emulsion paints.
可使用人手施工或机械喷涂。使用腻子抹刀将胶浆均匀地批刮于基面上，每次批荡厚度约0.5-1mm之间，一般批荡2次。第二次批荡必须在第一次涂面干后再进行约2小时后。最后一次涂抹于24-48小时后才可打磨。等待约3-4天后以降低批灰层的碱性，便可进行面漆施工。

STORAGE/贮存条件
12 mouths if store in dry place.
